About me

Jacinta Alama

I'm a software engineer specialising in AI platform engineering, with a focus on multi-tenant systems that let teams move fast without stepping on each other. I've built and operated production platforms that combine large-language-model orchestration, workflow automation, and real-time task management into cohesive, self-improving products.

I care deeply about end-to-end ownership - from infrastructure and data pipelines to the UI the user opens in the morning. My background spans backend services in Python and FastAPI, containerised deployments with Docker and Caddy, and lightweight frontends that stay out of the way of the people using them.
